Danielle, Ashanti, Geraldine, and maintenance man Greg have all been so amazing. Each & every one of them showed nothing but kindness, were very accommodating, and are super understanding. I’ve had such a great experience living at Virginia Street Studios, as the units were up to date, beautifully curated, and the staff were the absolute best. Thank you so, so much to Danielle, Ashanti, Geraldine, & Greg for welcoming us with such open arms and kindess. You guys truly care for your tenants and we loved living at Virginia Street Studios. Wishing all of you the bestest! :)

I've been here for quite sometime now and have come to grown fond of the excellent maintenance team here. The other week I unknowingly lost my wallet and had no clue where I could even begin to look for it. I thought all hope was lost when I retraced my steps and had no success locating my wallet. Thankfully, Greg from the maintenance team found it in the parking garage and tracked me down before it ended up in the wrong hands. He has always been super nice and helpful to me, so his kind gesture comes as no surprise. Greg and the staff here care about their tenants and I feel well taken care of whenever I need help.

I have lived at Virginia St Studios for a year now and I have absolutely loved my time here. The complex is very clean and well-kept and all of the staff (Geraldine, Danielle, Greg, and Tomas) are extremely friendly and professional. I’ve only had to put in one maintenance request and they immediately came to resolve the problem. If I wasn’t relocating to another city, I would 100% renew my lease :)

GREG! Ever since becoming a resident Greg (maintenance) always has a positive attitude. Yesterday I lost my AirPods, and couldn’t locate them. Greg was walking though our parking lot and noticed the AirPods, he realized it was by my parking spot and hand delivered them to my unit. Mind you the resell value is pretty good. This shows the integrity of the staff here at Virginia street studios. Tomas! Also from maintenance has been a great addition to the community. His positive energy is contagious and just overall a genuine person. Each work order I’ve put in was done within the same day also! I’ve lived a many communities similar and never have I ever came close to a team like this.

I've had great rapport with all of the staff, and I'm pleased with my 1+year experience thus far at this property. The attention to care, maintenance, and resident satisfaction is one of the things that stand out most to me; Just today, I would like to highlight Tomas, he's part of awesome Maintenance team that's led by Greg. Tomas is quick to action, he's constantly moving, and always is working on something! He's very personable as well, he doesn't treat every ticket as just another work order, but rather as an opportunity to restore the resident's living space back to the working order they're use to! Thanks Tomas for taking the time out of your already packed schedule to replace my oven light, I didn't think of it as a priority, but you did, and you quickly took care of it! Now I don't have to unnecessarily open up the hot oven when my 3yo daughter is around!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank The team of Virginia St., Studios, all for providing me with such a positive living experience over the past almost two years. I truly enjoyed my time in the community, and it meant a lot to have such a welcoming and well managed place to call my first home. I especially want to express my appreciation for Greg. His friendly face, professionalism, and willingness to help with any maintenance needs made a big difference during my stay. He always kept me informed about things like trash days so I could plan during move out and genuinely cared about the safety and upkeep of the building. During my move in, when the elevator was down, he even offered to help carry items up the stairs. Small acts of kindness,). He and the maintenance team consistently kept doors and handles working, even when they were damaged by others. His support never went unnoticed. Thank you all again for the opportunity to live in such a great community. I’m grateful for the experience and will always look back on my time here.

The two maintenance men here are amazing! Always very polite, kind and thoughtful. Today I had a bunch of packages delivered while I was not at home and Greg saw them and set them in a safe place so that they would not be stolen!!! I have had things stolen in the past and I am sure these would have been too. He is absolutely amazing and literally makes this place a great place to live! Bless you Greg!!!!

I’ve been at Virginia St Studios for almost a year, I've have nothing but great experience's!! Everyone from ladies at the front desk to Greg in maintenance, tenants in apartment are all super sweet! I did want to recognize Greg the maintenance guy for his quick response to repairing my bathroom sink due to my mess up haha. I submitted a maintenance request in which he got back to me immediately! Greg goes above and beyond when it comes to this place and without him I'm not sure how this apartment complex would be. Thank you Greg! Also thank you Front staff for always being positive and getting to my emails quickly!!
